BOSWELL

My name is Rebecca Pierce, but most people know me as Becky.  I moved to Boswell after first grade.  I grew up here and graduated as the Valedictorian of the Boswell Class of 1993.  I attended college at Southeastern Oklahoma State Univiersity in Durant from 1993 to 1998, graduating Magna Cum Lauda with a Bachelor's in Mathematics Education and a minor in Chemistry.  Then I continued my education in Stillwater, Ok, attending Oklahoma State University from 1998 to 2002.  I graduated with a Masters in Statistics.  After graduating, I came back to Boswell for the summer where they needed a new math teacher, I applied, and here I am.  So far it has been a great 18 years and I am looking forward to the new year.

Part of the reason I stayed in Boswell was because I met the wonderful Emmett Garrison.  We have two beautiful daughters Emily and Ryleigh.  Emily is in the seventh grade this year and Ryleigh is in fourth grade.
